We stand behind our product and our products are guaranteed against defects within 180 days of purchase. If the item has a manufacturer defect please attach an image (or images) with your order number and email us at help@viccoshop.ca. A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the construction of the item that affects appearance or function and that is not due to normal wear or tear. If a member of our quality inspection team finds returned product defective, we will take care of the shipping charges for the return and ensure a replacement is shipped out to you free of charge.     We ordered the Lucky Oyo in Fuchsia (and dark blue) and they are fantastic. These light up shoes are sure to make your little ones face light up and make them run circles around you! I also think it's super cool that the Fushia shoes light up pink and the Dark Blue lights up blue.

    The color of these shoes are even more amazing in person and judging by the way my daughter runs and climbs wearing it, it's safe to say they're super comfortable too. She was so excited when she opened the box and saw this, and the excitement has not worn off. She's still super happy to be allowed to wear it whenever she wants. Which is all the time.

    My daughter was so thrilled when she opened the box to find these!
    Also, a couple weeks later the website had a great sale so I decided to order my other daughter a pair of the blue ones. I ordered the navy blue ones as the light blue weren’t showing as on sale. After inquiring further they said the light blue weren’t a part of the sale but they made an exception for me and swapped for the light blue! Thank you for your awesome customer service! I’ll continue to be a customer

    My daughter loves them and they are great. Light up and water-friendly (not waterproof), especially it's lightweight, not heavy like some fall boots!

Shipping

We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out from our Etobicoke, Ontario warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with minimum C$50 purchase and Flat Rate shipping charge across Canada per order of C$6.95 for purchases under C$50. We only ship merchandise within Canada. Our preferred and primary carrier is Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). When and if required we may use our alternative carriers such as Purolator, UPS and FedEx. Returns

We want you and your kids to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, less all shipping charges. Simply return it within 45 days of the date of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn. Return merchandise should be in its original packaging with all its original tags.

If you need to return an item, simply follow our Return Instructions and we will provide you with the prepaid shipping return label via email or web-link. Our return prepaid shipping label flat rate is C$6.95. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items).
