Shipping to the USA

We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We ship across Canada and to the USA. Yes, we know it does not make sense, but right now we can only deliver products across Canada and to the USA. Please don't hate us!.

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out within next 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

For shipping to the USA, our preferred and primary carrier is USPS. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers. Please kindly note that all import charges, if any occurs, (consisting of your local tax rate and applicable duties rate) are the customer's responsibility.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over C$99 (pre-tax, after discount) shipping to the USA. Orders under C$99 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee based on your location. 

Under C$99 shipping in all states except Alaska & Hawaii - C$18

Under C$99 shipping in Alaska & Hawaii - C$25

Please note: Residents of American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any Armed Forces Reserves: You live in fantastic place, but there's downside: we do not currently ship to your home.

Fast and reliable shipping with USPS.

Shipping to remote locations may take longer. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to COVID-19 packages are delayed with all carriers. USPS packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of COVID-19.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also check your order and tracking statuses on our website. Simply log in to your My Account, click your "Order #", follow to "Shipping Details" and click the "Tracking Link"

REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND WRONG-ADDRESS SHIPMENTS

The customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling) if shipments are refused, unclaimed, or provided with a wrong address.

Should any corrections need to be made to any incorrect shipping information at the fault of the customer, and delivery re-attempted, a cost of delivery re-attempt (as charged by the courier) will be added to your payment and charged to the method used for the purchase.

SIZING

For the best fit, we highly recommend prior to placing an order to check out our parent-friendly Sizing Guide. If you are unsure of the size, we also recommend that you contact one of our fitting gurus at help@viccoshop.ca as we will work with you to ascertain that the proper size is selected prior to shipping.
