We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Canada. Certain remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in a high shipping costs. We are unable to offer free shipping to these areas.
We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed and dispatched out the same day from our warehouse in Etobicoke, Ontario. Orders will be shipped for FREE via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Returns
We want you and your kids to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, less return prepaid shipping label flat rate CA$11.95. Simply return it within 90 days of the date of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn. Return merchandise should be in its original packaging with all its original tags.
If you need to return an item, simply follow our Return Instructions and we will provide you with the prepaid shipping return label via email or web-link. Our return prepaid shipping label flat rate is CA$11.95. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items).
