Shipping

We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out from our Etobicoke, Ontario warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address.

Our preferred and primary carrier is Canada Post. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers such as Purolator, UPS and FedEx.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed the same business day, excluding week-ends and holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed the following Monday.

Vicco Canada does not process orders and our carriers do not deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.

We only ship merchandise within Canada.

We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days. 

Fast and reliable shipping with Canada Post Expedited Parcel. 

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1-3 business days
  • Western provinces: 3-5 business days
  • Atlantic provinces: 3-6 business days
  • Northern Territories (major cities): 6-8 business days

Shipping to remote locations may take longer. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • FREE shipping with minimum C$50 purchase.
  • Flat rate shipping charge across Canada per order of C$6.95 for purchases under C$50.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF C$50 OR MORE

  • Product total must be C$50 or more before taxes and after applied discounts. Shipping cost will not be considered when calculating free shipping.
  • FREE shipping will be applied automatically at checkout. Entire order must be shipped to a single address.
  • Offer may not be used for previous or combined purchases.
  • Canada Post Expedited Parcel service to be used for FREE shipping.
  • The offer may expire without notice.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can also track the entire process in My Account.

REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to Vicco Canada if shipments are refused or unclaimed.
