We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out the same day or next day from our warehouse in Etobicoke, Ontario. Orders are limited to a single shipping address per order and for shipping across Canada will be shipped for FREE via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. To ship to multiple addresses, simply place a separate order for each shipping address.
For shipping across Canada, our preferred and primary carrier is Canada Post. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the same day and dispatched the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM EST will be processed the same day and dispatched the following Monday.

We also offer 'Jump the Queue' express shipping through Canada Post Xpresspost for $19.95 flat rate. 'Jump the Queue' orders are shipped out from our warehouse facility the same business day of order receipt and typically take 1-2 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery address. Generally 'Jump the Queue' orders arrive within 2-3 business days of being received.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also check your order and tracking statuses on our website. Simply log in to your My Account, click your Order #, follow to Shipping Details and click the Tracking Link.
REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the package to Vicco if shipments are refused or unclaimed.
