We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out the next business day from our warehouse in Etobicoke, Ontario. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 6 PM EST will be processed and dispatched out the next business day. 

For shipping across Canada, our preferred and primary carrier is Canada Post. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers.


FREE shipping on all orders across Canada (except remote areas, please check below for "Shipping Surcharges"). 


Remote areas within Canada have limited delivery service and this results in high shipping costs. We are unable to offer free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post of which you can take advantage. The shipping surcharge fee will be shown on your order details when you place an order. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause. Remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centers or that receive infrequent service. Shipping to remote areas may take longer. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Canada Post customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, which means it takes longer to process parcel volumes. Canada Post is advising customers across the country to expect delays with their parcel deliveries. Due to COVID-19 situation, Canada Post has suspended On-Time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel services until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also check your order and tracking statuses on our website. Simply log in to your My Account, click your "Order #", follow to "Shipping Details" and click the "Tracking Link"


If your package is reading as delivered, but you still haven't received it, it might still be on its way. Be sure to check behind any large objects or within doorways where your package may be hidden. If your package has still not turned up by the end of the day, please let us know, and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf to open an investigation. We will keep you posted about the status of the investigation.
With an increase in online ordering and home deliveries, unfortunately, there has also been an increase in theft. We are doing our best to make sure that your package arrives to you safely. We have implemented measures like requiring a signature upon delivery and only using reliable delivery services. If you are concerned about package theft, you can request to have your package held at the post office for you to retrieve at your convenience.
All packages are insured through Canada Post. Packages presumed lost or stolen will need to be investigated through Canada Post and reimbursement up to the amount of the order will be delivered upon completion of the investigation.
We are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery.
The customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling) if shipments are refused, unclaimed, or provided with a wrong address.

Should any corrections need to be made to any incorrect shipping information at the fault of the customer, and delivery re-attempted, the cost of delivery re-attempt (as charged by the courier) will be added to your payment and charged to the method used for the purchase.
