Shipping

We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

We ship across Canada and to the USA. Yes, we know it does not make sense, but right now we can only deliver products across Canada and to the USA. Please don't hate us!

We accept orders online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders entered on viccoshop.ca will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and dispatched out within next 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Ontario.

For shipping across Canada, our preferred and primary carrier is Canada Post. When and if required we may use our alternative carriers.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over C$99 (pre-tax, after discount) shipping within Canada. Orders under C$99 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee based on your location.

Under C$99 shipping in Ontario & Quebec - C$12

Under C$99 shipping in all other provinces - C$18

TRANSIT TIMES

Fast and reliable shipping with Canada Post. 

  • Ontario & Quebec: 3-5 business days
  • Western & Atlantic Provinces: 4-8 business days
  • Northern Territories (major cities): 7-10 business days

Shipping to Remote Areas may take longer. Weather delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and carrier link. You may also check your order and tracking statuses on our website. Simply log in to your My Account, click your "Order #", follow to "Shipping Details" and click the "Tracking Link"

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is reading as delivered, but you still haven't received it, it might still be on its way. Be sure to check behind any large objects or within doorways where your package may be hidden. If your package has still not turned up by the end of the day, please let us know, and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf to open an investigation. We will keep you posted about the status of the investigation.
 
With an increase in online ordering and home deliveries, unfortunately, there has also been an increase in theft. We are doing our best to make sure that your package arrives to you safely. We have implemented measures like requiring a signature upon delivery and only using reliable delivery services. If you are concerned about package theft, you can request to have your package held at the post office for you to retrieve at your convenience.
 
All packages are insured through Canada Post. Packages presumed lost or stolen will need to be investigated through Canada Post and reimbursement up to the amount of the order will be delivered upon completion of the investigation.
 
We are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery.
 
REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND WRONG-ADDRESS SHIPMENTS
 
The customer is responsible for the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling) if shipments are refused, unclaimed, or provided with a wrong/incomplete address.

Should any corrections need to be made to any incorrect shipping information at the fault of the customer, and delivery re-attempted, the cost of delivery re-attempt (as charged by the courier) will be added to your payment and charged to the method used for the purchase.

SIZING

For the best fit, we highly recommend prior to placing an order to check out our parent-friendly Sizing Guide. If you are unsure of the size, we also recommend that you contact one of our fitting gurus at help@viccoshop.ca as we will work with you to ascertain that the proper size is selected prior to shipping.
