    I have ordered from Vicco previously, however this time I was was disappointed to see that the cut edges and sewing were not accurate, other than that convenient to wear, easy for the child to put on and take off, beautiful colors and style, all the lights function.

    Best customer experience, they dispach my order same day, was impressed to see the candy inside the box. Thye know how to win customers, indeed! The high top runners are very good quality, my kid can put them on easily. So many great colors. Highly recommend! light up sole is an absolute bonus for my kid.

    Amazing customer experience, my order camed 2 days after I made it, inside the box was little thank you note and a lollipop..how awesome ..and the shoes...they are very good quality! Also their color is perfect my little girl loves them. Thank you I will be coming back for more shoes

Returns

We want you and your kids to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, less flat rate original shipping cost (if any) and flate rate return shipping label cost C$15. Simply return it within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn.
